Each Mad City Labs nanopositioning stage is delivered with a factory-paired Nano-Drive controller. This ensures a calibrated system which is optimised for the chosen stage and other factors such as load and positioning speeds.

Nano-UHV50


The Nano-UHV50 is a two axis nanopositioning system constructed from UHV compatible materials, the body being either titanium or invar. It is bakeable to 100° C for vacuum applications in the 10-10 Torr range.
 
A one inch (25 mm) diameter centre aperture provides an optical pathway or access for sample holders, and internal position sensors - utilising proprietary PicoQ® technology - provide absolute and repeatable position measurement with picometre accuracy.
 
Cable lengths and connectors are built to order for the designed installation.

Nano-UHV100


The Nano-UHV100 is a two axis nanopositioning system constructed from UHV compatible materials, the body being either titanium or invar. It is bakeable to 100° C for vacuum applications in the 10-10 Torr range.
 
A 93 mm diagonal (2.6" x 2.6”) aperture provides an optical pathway ideal for vacuum microscopy applications. Internal position sensors - utilising proprietary PicoQ® technology - provide absolute and repeatable position measurement with picometre accuracy.
 
Cable lengths and connectors are built to order for the designed installation.

Nano-UHV200


The Nano-UHV200 is a three axis nanopositioning system constructed from non-magnetic UHV compatible materials, the body being constructed from titanium and 316 stainless steel. It is bakeable to 100° C for vacuum applications in the 10-10 Torr range.
 
A 70 mm diagonal (2" x 2”) aperture provides an optical pathway ideal for vacuum microscopy applications. Internal position sensors - utilising proprietary PicoQ® technology - provide absolute and repeatable position measurement with picometre accuracy.
 
Cable lengths and connectors are built to order for the designed installation.
