Applications of simultaneous dual-modality imaging

This technology combination is ideally suited for live-cell studies requiring simultaneous correlation between label-free morphological dynamics and fluorescence-based molecular events, including mitosis, vesicle transport, calcium signalling, and rapid drug responses.

With simultaneous Z scanning, Cell Xelence can image thick samples including organoids, tumour spheroids, and tissue sections, enabling high-speed deep volumetric dual-modality imaging.
