E2425 - DAli 4 Automatic Alignment System
including MDE125 XYZ Positioner   
The E2425 system comprises a model E2400 2-axes automated feedback piezo controller plus MDE125 Elliot Gold™ Series XYZ flexure stage fitted with piezo actuators providing 100 µm of piezo and 2 mm of manual adjustment in each of the three axes.
