Cyanine Dye Fluorescent Filter Set for Fluorescence applications   

Cy3 Filter Set   

This Iridian single band filter set consists of the 531-40 EX, 593-40 EM and 562 DM filters. It is is optimised for the cyanine dye Cy3, but is also suitable for use with DsRed, Alexa Fluor 555, Calcium Orange, LysoTracker Yellow, MitoTracker Orange, Phycoerythrin, Rhodamine Phalloidin and 5-TAMRA.

The set contains excitation, emission and dichroic filters designed to fit in standard filter cubes from the leading microscope and third-party manufacturers.
