Yellow Fluorescent Protein Filter Set for Fluorescence applications   

YFP Filter Set   

This Iridian single band filter set consists of the 497-16 EX, 535-22 EM and 516 DM filters. It is optimised for Yellow Fluorescent Protein (YFP) and other fluorophores such as EYFP, Calcium Green-1, Eosin, Fluo-3, Rhodamine 120.

The set contains excitation, emission and dichroic filters designed to fit in standard filter cubes from the leading microscope and third-party manufacturers.
