Edge Pass, Nano Edge Long Pass Filter for Spectroscopic applications
488 Nano Edge
Offering the steepest edge on the market, the Iridian Nano Edge Long Pass filters surpass the Cut Off figures of the Ultra Steep range by around a third. They are of particular benefit where low frequency Raman modes are expected.
Designed to isolate one band of wavelengths from another by reflection or transmission, these filters are used to separate the excitation source wavelength from the emission wavelengths in spectroscopy.
The filters feature:
- Unparalleled Cut-off values
- High transmission levels
- Low ripple
- Passband up to 1200 nm
- Deep blocking of the the laser line
- Hard dielectric coatings, so no cover glass required
Due to the exacting performance of this filter, the optical system in which it is to be used needs to be designed with this in mind so as to achieve the best results. Should you need advice, please contact us.
