The IXF2.0a is a 2.00 inch version of our popular IXF monolithic flexure mounts which is a front-adjust standard configuration. These mounts use our 100TPI precision thread adjustment screws for low stiction fine adjustments and are manufactured to prevent over-travel of the mount. Motorized actuators can be mounted for remote control applications. The aluminum version is vacuum compatible as a standard feature. Custom OEM versions available in stainless steel and aluminum.

IXF series mounts are available in both stainless steel and aluminum versions. Stainless steel construction offers superior mechanical and thermal stability while aluminum confers lower weight and vacuum compatibility. The mount's use in vacuum applications is further enhanced because monolithic construction utilizes no "blind holes" or other places in the mount in which gas or volatiles can be trapped thus eliminating the potential for outgassing.
