Long-travel XYZ nanopositioning piezo stages
nPoint Triple Axis Nanopostioners for Microscopy & Photonics
The nPBio range of apertured nPoint 3-axis piezo stages have been designed for easy integration with inverted microscopes, and are capapble of long travel up to 300 µm in all three axes. The nPCube is a compact stage for use in photonics applications offering 100 µm XYZ travel.
In common with other nPoint stages, these incorporate a unique flexure-guided design to ensure high resonant frequencies while minimising orthogonality and cross-talk errors.
nPoint's nanopositioners are especially designed for numerous motion critical operations, especially scanning and position control in the life sciences, atomic force microscopy (AFM),nanolithography, optical focusing and other photonics applications.
Dedicated 3-axis DSP controllers enable easy optimisation and configuration of piezo systems to meet your requirements.
